• Review-only BQ001 framework comparison across 11 governed frameworks, with provenance, counter-evidence, gaps, corrections and shared ancestry; no framework ranking (#351).
• Combined validation of the integrated candidate on one exact commit (#384).

Validation and approval

All 16 post-merge workflows passed on the released commit. The clean reviewed #384 head and the squash commit have identical Git tree 546035b5747abe1c18a18a047130fee3c578eb9e.

Core boundaries remain unchanged: provenance is not evidence; semantic connection is not scientific evidence; archive inclusion is not endorsement; truth inference, rights promotion and scientific-evidence auto-promotion remain disabled. BQ001 remains UNRESOLVED.

Canonical duplicate review remains 81/126 uniquely adjudicated with 45 unresolved. The blocked rows 82–86 mapping is not inferred or bypassed by this release.
