• Typed public-status contract and deterministic page generation; free prose remains editorial (#381).
• Semantic candidate v0.2.1 validation and replay, preserving historical v0.2.0 bytes (#382).
• Review-only BQ001 framework comparison across 11 governed frameworks, with provenance, counter-evidence, gaps, corrections and shared ancestry; no framework ranking (#351).
• Combined validation of the integrated candidate on one exact commit (#384).

Validation and approval

All 16 post-merge workflows passed on the released commit. The clean reviewed #384 head and the squash commit have identical Git tree 546035b5747abe1c18a18a047130fee3c578eb9e.
