Describe the bug
Hello, the scrolling is so laggy when the flag "Throttle frame rate to 60hz" is disabled, is this why it's enabled by default ? it doesn't happen on other browsers even the outdated Kiwi browser has good 120hz scrolling, throttling the refresh rate to 60hz is not a sollution.
What's causing this issue ? certainly not the extensions because this happens when the extensions are disabled as well.
Steps to reproduce the bug
- set the flag "Throttle frame rate to 60hz" to DISABLED.
- scroll on m.youtube.com main page.
- notice how the scrolling is so laggy.
Expected behavior
no lag.
