Hello, the scrolling is so laggy when the flag "Throttle frame rate to 60hz" is disabled, is this why it's enabled by default ? it doesn't happen on other browsers even the outdated Kiwi browser has good 120hz scrolling, throttling the refresh rate to 60hz is not a sollution.

What's causing this issue ? certainly not the extensions because this happens when the extensions are disabled as well.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. set the flag "Throttle frame rate to 60hz" to DISABLED.
2. scroll on m.youtube.com main page.
3. notice how the scrolling is so laggy.

Expected behavior

never mind it got fixed somehow after enabling vulkan as the default Angle

@Sp0kzz For me the scrolling is still a bit janky, when compared to Chrome. It is not exactly identical. I've enabled these flags Throttle frame rate to 60hz, Default ANGLE Vulkan, and even tried enabling Vulkan from ANGLE. Setting Choose ANGLE graphics backend to Vulkan, crashes Cromite for me immediately upon launch.

@uazo Please make this behavior opt-in and disabled by default like IronFox did, so that scrolling in Cromite is as smooth as on Chrome.

This also affects apps that use webview from Cromite, and pretty much makes the whole phone slower.

I hope there is way to make scrolling exactly as smooth as on Chrome.
