Summary

This release updates the public repository checkpoint from the old v0.8.7 tag to the current v0.9.0 workspace state.

It is primarily a repository-organization, recovery, and workflow release. It does not claim new external validation of the theory.

What changed since v0.8.7

  • Recovered important local workspace material into main through auditable recovery PRs.
  • Restored services_and_experiments/ source structure.
  • Added thailand_proposals/ authored markdown/source proposal structure while excluding large raw assets.
  • Added small Result/ sandbox artifacts and source linkage.
  • Updated 0.11 Phase Transitions documentation, gates, manifests, and artifacts for the current internal status boundary.
  • Added LOCAL_RECOVERY_MANIFEST.md and HISTORY_RECOVERY_LOG.md so recovered content has traceable context.
  • Added WORK_LEDGER/ as the repo-wide daily work ledger for research, theory/history, book writing, Thai policy proposals, services/tools, result artifacts, and repo operations.
  • Updated AGENTS.md with checkpoint rules so work should not sit invisible in local branches.

Publication boundary

This release is a public repository checkpoint. Some raw assets, private transcripts, chat exports, audio/PDF/image sources, caches, and local scratch files remain intentionally excluded. See LOCAL_RECOVERY_MANIFEST.md and WORK_LEDGER/AREAS.md for the operating boundary.
