DailyRituals helps you plan your day around intentional rituals, reusable templates, focused sessions, and monthly reflection.

When you contact support, please include:
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- Your DailyRituals app version
- A short description of the issue
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if available
With DailyRituals, you can:
- Create reusable day templates made of rituals with custom times and durations
- Fill a day from a saved template or add rituals manually
- Start, pause, resume, stop, and finish rituals
- Rate completed rituals as deep or shallow
- Review trends in the Calendar and Report tabs
- See the current or next ritual from the widget and Live Activity
DailyRituals uses optional local notifications for ritual start and ritual completion reminders.
If notifications are not appearing:
- Open the iPhone Settings app.
- Tap
Notifications. - Select
DailyRituals. - Make sure notifications are allowed.
- In DailyRituals, confirm that the ritual has a reminder enabled and is still scheduled for a future time.
DailyRituals shares app data with its widget and Live Activity using local device storage.
If the widget or Live Activity looks out of date:
- Open DailyRituals and confirm your ritual data looks correct in the app.
- Make sure widgets are enabled on your device.
- Make sure Live Activities are allowed for DailyRituals in iPhone Settings, if you use that feature.
- Start or finish a ritual again to trigger a fresh update.
DailyRituals currently stores your ritual information locally on your device.
If something looks incorrect:
- Check the selected day in the Today or Calendar tab
- Review the saved template that created the ritual, if applicable
- Contact support and include screenshots plus the steps that led to the issue
No. The current version of DailyRituals does not require account creation or sign-in.

Helpful bug report details include:
- What you expected to happen
- What actually happened
- Whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
- Whether notifications, widgets, or Live Activities were involved
