HASS.Agent .NET10 10.9.3-beta.2

The second beta of 10.9.3, for the beta channel (Danger Zone > Beta
updates). Signed. Works with the HASS.Agent integration 10.6.7 or newer;
there is no new integration with this one.

• GPU usage per GPU: each adapters[N] entry has its own usage, engines
  and memory, so one card can be followed on a PC with two GPUs.
  Requested in #99
• Fixed: LAN IP could show the address of a virtual adapter (VirtualBox,
  Hyper-V, WSL, Docker, VPN). The adapter Windows routes through now
  comes first; a custom sensor on addresses[0] may show another adapter
  than before. Reported in
  #100
• A name of your own above the notifications and on the app's own
  notification window (Capabilities > Custom name). Asked for in
  https://github.com/v1k70rk4/HASS.Agent.NET10/discussions/101
