First public release.

WinSnipper replaces Win+Shift+S with a faster loop: snip → auto-save + clipboard → floating thumbnail → annotate → paste.

Region snip with pixel-exact selection (Per-Monitor-V2 DPI aware)
Floating thumbnail: click to edit, drag out as a file, auto-dismisses
Frameless dark editor: rect, freehand, ellipse, arrow, text, numbered step badges, redact/pixelate, crop, undo/redo
Copy Text — built-in Windows OCR (upscaled input, language fallback)
Rebindable hotkey + settings, start-with-Windows, single-file exe

Requires the .NET 8 Desktop Runtime. Run the exe — it lives in your tray.
