Adds a new General settings section for yt-dlp maintenance and download behavior, and fixes a layout issue in Settings.

Added

Settings > General: a new section with an on-demand Update yt-dlp check, a Configure before download toggle (turn it off to skip the review sheet and download immediately with sensible defaults), a Save thumbnails toggle (saves each video's thumbnail as its own image file alongside the download), and an Incognito toggle (stops completed downloads from being written to persistent history for that session).

Fixed

The Settings list rendered its rows behind the floating "Check for update" button, hiding part of the About row's subtitle. The list now scrolls fully clear of the button.
