Vacuula 1.1.0 🎉
Thanks to everyone who tested, reported their findings and contributed both ideas but also codefixes!
NOTE: The robots will need to be reinstalled with latest installer when updating to the latest server (b6 is latest needed), also if you have a Gen3 robot - you need to re-add your schedules because of the timezone changes!
If you have not set the port via env variables before, vacuula.local needs to be vacuula.local:8050 or set the VACUULA_PORT to 80
- Gen3 port is now customize, any 3 digit number is supported, so ports 100-999 can be used! Default is 335. Lager numbers will be supported later via poweruser settings
- HA App now uses the webui and shows up if you turn on the setting "Show in sidebar" or click "Open WebUI" - this runs on a port given by the supervisor that is separate from the VACUULA_PORT option.
- Default port for VACUULA_PORT has been set to 8050 to not conflict with other programs already using port 80. The installer checks port 8050 first when using manual ip, and then also checks port 80 as fallback.
- Gen3 no longer uses nip.io to resolve local ips
- Gen3 timezones are resolved on the robot instead of the server, which could cause problems with daylight savings timezones
- Gen4 will do a automatic log gathering ~60 seconds after boot, a blinking orange light will indicate log gathering started and a steady cyan light will indicate logs are ready to be read. logs are deleted after 5 min, they are also saved to ramstorage to not wear the emmc
- UI improvements and some bugfixes
Next up!
- Notifications, please see #polls
- Gen2 BotVac support
- Ha vacuum entity
I will be updating the docs and so over the coming days so all might not be up to date, and I am deeply sorry about the many breaking changes and needing to redo some stuff, however this changed quite a lot
I also need to catch up on the gen4 tickets, sorry for the long wait!
