What's changed

• Safer project defaults: projects created with vakforge init now keep all of data/ and the inspect.json, recommend.json and report.html reports out of git. The README writes the reports to runs/.
• Language evidence is counted, not estimated: inspect checks the language of every chat message it reads, and the language goal counts only the ones not in English. Reports from 0.3.0 get a labelled estimate and never reach "worth trying".
• Tools evidence: the tools goal counts tool-call examples, not chat messages. Plain conversations are listed as not counted.
• Labelled texts: tables of labelled texts (text plus intent or category), including ones numbered by a bare id, are named as not used yet instead of being offered as lookup tools.
• JSONL FAQs cut short by the read limit are now marked as partial.
• HTML report: shows only the folder name, warns when any file was read only in part, and no longer reads an empty personal-data result as proof the data is clean.

What's new

• vakforge report writes inspect.json and recommend.json as one page you can share. It opens offline, works in light or dark, and prints to PDF. Each goal's data is drawn against its minimum and target, and a flow shows what each source needs. Chat speaker names are never included.
• recommend.json now gives each goal a floor (the minimum amount of data) and the recipe's planned training method, recipe_method (LoRA or full fine-tune, marked as planned until the recipe has been run).
• Fix: when your GPU is too small for a recipe, the recipe line no longer drops its locale caveat, such as "speech output stays English".

Reports made by 0.2.0 still work with vakforge report. Run recommend again with 0.3.0 to get the new fields.
