基于官方 v0.2.16，保留现有自定义功能，并完成 Gemini 显式缓存与多分组、月卡计费的兼容适配。

分组模型价格编辑支持 Fast/Flex 倍率，保存时保留已有覆盖配置。
缓存调用按原模型、原分组及原账号校验权限，适配多分组 API Key 的模型限制和路由。
月卡缓存固定费用支持持久预留、失败恢复和事务清理，沿用原权益快照及并发余额补差规则。
分组翻译与限时倍率同时保留；月卡周额度重置、优惠码多商品、拼团公告及业务拒绝聚合等自定义功能继续可用。

完整前后端测试、真实 PostgreSQL 并发检测、独立复审及中国测试服接口验收通过。

Gemini 缓存创建/延长按完整 TTL 预收费用，缩短或删除不退款；月卡冻结不暂停缓存有效期。真实上游调用未纳入隔离测试服验收。

基于官方 0.2.15 的自定义稳定版本，包含已在中国测试服验收的两项修正。

月卡管理手动重置本周已用时，同步从总已用扣除本周用量。例如总已用 55、本周已用 30，重置后本周为 0、总已用为 25；总额度上限保持不变。
周重置与在途请求结算按原周期及重置代次处理，保留总用量结算；自动换周沿用原行为。
订阅不存在、过期或暂停的本地 403 按分钟记入入口拒绝汇总，保留用户、Key、原因、次数与首次/末次时间，避免运维错误明细刷屏；续费后原 Key 可恢复使用。
多分组全部因模型权限拒绝时返回 403 MODEL_NOT_ALLOWED；仅订阅不可用与模型权限拒绝的组合返回 403 SUBSCRIPTION_NOT_FOUND，不再误报 503。
真实容量不足、存储故障和上游错误继续保留运维记录；后续可用分组仍正常回退。

相对 v0.2.15-custom.8 无新增数据库迁移。本次发布源码、二进制和 Docker 镜像，不自动升级服务器。

API 密钥按模型管理：支持为每把 Key 选择该模型可调用的分组。

点击分组标签切换多选，整个标签高亮表示选中，不再显示独立勾选框。
仅显示目录支持该模型的 Key 和分组，配置保存在各 Key 内。
HTTP、WebSocket、Live、默认模型及降级路径均遵守所选分组范围。
支持批量保存、缓存失效及并发修改冲突检查，未配置的旧 Key 保持原有行为。

包含迁移 251_api_key_model_group_routes.sql。旧二进制不执行新增分组限制。
本次发布源码及构建产物，不自动部署服务器。

新增拼团公告管理：

在「拼团月卡管理」新增「拼团公告」页签，支持多行纯文本编辑和实时预览。
保存后替换拼团大厅顶部说明；支持恢复默认文案。
公告持久保存，仅管理员可修改；不改变购买规则、月卡额度或计费行为。
保存失败保留草稿，公告加载失败不阻塞大厅浏览。

中国验收站的真实接口、桌面及手机页面验证通过，无新增数据库迁移。
