Veld 3.2.3

Veld 3.2.3 improves pool mining efficiency and keeps signed updates tied to the miner's selected mode.

• Reuse VeldHash working memory within each pool worker thread, with fresh per-nonce initialization and unchanged hash results.
• Increase work batches to reduce request overhead, limit concurrent connections, and reserve transport capacity for proof submissions.
• Retry temporary pool proxy and peer-readiness failures without discarding the saved account.
• Preserve payout addresses, CPU settings, balances and mining preferences. Pool miners resume pool mining after an update; solo mining retains its existing protected resume flow.
• Include authenticated gateway connection reuse and faster journal recovery in the matching server source.

Automatic updates are opt-in. Open Veld Node, go to Settings → Automatic updates, enable them and keep the app open. It checks hourly. You can also download and install the signed package below.

Validation includes production Windows builds, native hashing and request-scheduling checks, signed-package tamper rejection, updater recovery tests, and an actual signed 3.2.2-to-3.2.3 desktop update that resumed accepted mainnet pool work without another unlock. The fleet was updated one node at a time with chain-state agreement checks.

This maintenance release adds no consensus activation, monetary change or custody activation. Broader pool and custody qualification remains separate; these checks are not a claim of comprehensive security clearance.
