Fixes upgrade delivery and startup coverage, and ships the lifecycle-hook hardening following 0.3.1.

  • Bumps all distribution manifests to 0.3.2 so existing installations receive the update.
  • Loads full startup guidance for every session source, including Claude forked sessions.
  • Explicitly registers the shared Claude/Codex hooks without duplicate discovery.
  • Preserves reminder delivery with missing guidance files, BOM-prefixed input, open stdin, and closed output pipes.
  • Includes the ready-to-install Gemini extension archive and synchronized adapters for other hosts.

Validation: 12 tests passed on Node 18 and Node 26 on macOS; Claude plugin and marketplace manifests validated; the Gemini archive was extracted and its version and completion retry guard verified. GitHub did not schedule CI runs, so Windows execution remains unverified. Live authenticated host trials remain unverified.

Update the plugin, review/trust changed hooks where required, and start a fresh task. For Gemini, extract venom-gemini-0.3.2.tar.gz and install the extracted venom directory with gemini extensions install. Hooks remain reminders, not guaranteed synchronization.
