refactor(eve): remove /connect

Summary

Removes the legacy /connect TUI command and its dedicated connection-setup flow. Connection discovery and setup now live behind the unified /add registry experience.

Before, /connect maintained separate connection-selection and connection-setup boxes alongside the channel flow. After this change, the registry owns the selection and setup path for both connections and channels, so the obsolete connection modules and command-specific TUI behavior can be deleted.

The dev-TUI documentation is updated accordingly.

Additional Suggestion:

integration-setup.ts imports four modules that no longer exist after the channel-setup refactor, and calls the removed deployChannelSetup, so tsc fails with TS2307 and the build breaks.
