Professionalism

The Consultant shall render the Services in a diligent manner and at a high professional standard for the benefit of the Company and shall perform and discharge well and faithfully, with devotion, honesty and fidelity, its obligations hereunder, and comply with applicable law pertaining to the Services and with all the Company’s policies, procedures and objectives, as may be reasonably determined by the Company from time to time.
