json2xml 8.0.0
Released 2026-10-12.
Highlights
- Requires Python 3.11 or later; Python 3.10 support is removed.
- Requires json2xml-rs 1.0.0 or later for the optional fast install.
- Tests stable CPython 3.15.0 in Python, native extension, and release wheel workflows.
- Uses pyupgrade's Python 3.11+ target. Existing Python sources needed no rewrites.
Migration guidance
Upgrade to Python 3.11+ before installing json2xml 8.0.0. Python 3.10 users must remain on json2xml 7.x. Conversion APIs and output behavior are unchanged from 7.1.1.
