Add git-graphable to Code Analysis section

Hello! I'd like to suggest git-graphable for the Code Analysis section. It helps teams maintain repository health by scoring workflow anti-patterns (WIP, direct pushes, contributor silos) and can be used as a CI gate (via --check) to ensure hygiene standards are met. It's published on PyPI and supports modern Python workflows (uv/Astral).
