I'd like to suggest graphable as a Hidden Gem for the Data Visualization section.
It's a type-safe graph engine designed for modern Python (uv/Astral) workflows. While it's a newer project, it's the core engine powering git-graphable and provides unique features like Unified I/O for 5+ graph formats and 8+ visualization engines (Mermaid, D2, TikZ, interactive HTML, etc.) in a single, lightweight package. It's particularly useful for CI/CD pipelines where dependency visualization and topological analysis are required.
