• Built an OTA extranet platform from scratch for Scapia — participating in system design discussions and leading development of the property onboarding module and Extranet-ARI service, enabling hoteliers to manage multi-property inventory, dynamic pricing, and real-time availability distribution across channel managers using Java Spring Boot microservices on AWS. Built an AI agent using LangChain4j that reads channel-manager integration logs (STAAH CM, AxisRoom) and automatically tags each failure as a rate mismatch, inventory sync error, or mapping issue — cutting down manual log review time during ARI integration debugging. -Engineered RESTful APIs for bidirectional channel manager integration, implementing real-time rate synchronization and booking confirmation workflows with a multi-module Gradle architecture, while contributing to system design decisions including database schema modeling and AWS resource planning (RDS, S3, EC2). -Owned the reject flow end-to-end — persistence of rejection metadata, API contracts, and structured remark handling with admin vs. merchant visibility rules — and collaborated on STAAH CM and AxisRoom channel manager integrations for availability/rates/room inventory, covering mapping, sync/error paths, and operational monitoring. -Integrated Scapia Extranet as a direct supplier into the platform's hotel service, giving direct pricing and commission control over Scapia inventory — contributing to a ~20% rise in commission earned per booking and stronger negotiating leverage with hoteliers.
