cant build sourcekite for ubuntu 16.04

Within my virtual machine, adding the correct LD_LIBRARY_PATH did the trick.

# Ensure /path/to/your/swift/usr/lib is within your $LD_LIBRARY_PATH
# Of course works without swiftenv
$ export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/home/parallels/.swiftenv/versions/4.0.3/usr/lib
# I needed the following dependencies (libblocksruntime-dev not mentioned on swift.org)
$ sudo apt-get install clang libicu-dev libblocksruntime-dev
$ swift build -Xlinker -l:sourcekitdInProc -c release
Compile Swift Module 'sourcekite' (2 sources)
Linking ./.build/x86_64-unknown-linux/release/sourcekite

Within my vscode user settings I added

So this means that SourceKite works with swiftenv right off the bat? :0

(if not, I think we can copy what the people at SourceKitten did)

@felix91gr Currently the whole installation of sourcekite is completely manual and not what I as a user would expect. So if you pass the right parameters to the build system it works, but generally speaken: sadly not yet.

The long term goal would be to gather information about the user's setup and internally link to it like SourceKitten (thanks for the url).
Though I would implement this kind of feature in SDE (there are the vscode configs).
