Fix: Docker Tabs Data Loss & Infinite Loading

What was happening

When Docker and Colima were running stably, the Containers, Images, Volumes, Networks, and Compose tabs would intermittently lose all data or get stuck on infinite loading spinners.

Root Cause

The Bollard Docker event stream would occasionally experience transient interruptions (idle timeouts, brief socket hiccups). The watcher was aggressively clearing ALL Docker state on any stream error, even when Docker was still running perfectly fine.

Additionally, on reconnect, only containers/images were repopulated — volumes and networks were lost forever until the user manually navigated to those tabs.

Fixes

  • Bug #1: Verify Docker is truly unreachable (ping check) before clearing state. Transient stream errors now silently reconnect without data loss.
  • Bug #2: New docker-reconnected event triggers automatic refetch of ALL resources (containers, images, volumes, networks) after reconnection.
  • Bug #3: Loading atoms properly reset on connection-lost, so pages show spinners instead of stuck empty states.
