A maintenance release with more flexible mind-map tools, theme fixes and attachment improvements on top of VNote 4.9.0:

- Show node properties in a Tools dock by default, with a setting to keep them embedded in the editor; dock titles follow the active view and property edits remain synchronized when focus moves to the dock
- Keep folding local to each editor and preserve node positions when folding and expanding branches
- Standardize English mind map wording in settings and documentation

- Refresh cached code-block and math syntax colors when switching themes without reopening notes or losing drafts, selection or Undo/Redo history
- Restore code-block syntax highlighting in encrypted Markdown edit mode and apply bundled reader and syntax styles to encrypted previews on opening and theme changes, including dark themes
- Attachments and encrypted notes
- Fix Chinese input when renaming attachments on Windows; after a successful rename, reopen the attachment list with the renamed file selected and focused (#2755)
- Fix encryption and decryption of open notes incorrectly treating their temporary editing freeze as a read-only change
- Add privacy-safe note-conversion diagnostics identifying failed checkpoints and backend phases
- Translations: Simplified Chinese (zh_CN), Japanese (ja) and Korean (ko) catalogs updated; restore missing translations in Sort/Properties dialogs, locked notes, counts, settings, command-line help and exported HTML link prompts
