Adds a self-guiding repository URL installation contract. An AI given only this repository URL can now follow the documented read-only preflight, approval-gated config backup and merge, reviewed release installation, complete Codex restart, and fresh-session Terra pinning verification. A session already failing before inference must use a working model or external shell first.
