Fixes the GPT-5.6 Sol reserved collaboration.spawn_agent namespace collision guidance. Adds safe Multi-Agent V2 configuration, runtime support classification, explicit child-model verification, OS-specific config locations, and regression checks. After updating config, fully restart Codex and start a new session.
