build for ubuntu-24.04_armv8(_kakip) for commit 18b841d

This release is to save the binary!

Build is originally for Kakip (Ubuntu 24.04 armv8 [aarch64]), but may be used with other armv8 SBCs.
(not tested)

Because just having modified the build related scripts, no HW accelerator can be used.
