Breaking for closed-beta installs: Grafana does not migrate plugin IDs. Starting with this release, uninstall the old plugin folder, update GF_PLUGINS_ALLOW_LOADING_UNSIGNED_PLUGINS / allow_loading_unsigned_plugins, and recreate datasources. The published 0.3.1-beta.0 zip still uses the old ID and filename.
