This PR carries the Termux patch branch onto the upstream release tag. If GitHub reports conflicts, resolve them by keeping upstream release code and preserving the Termux compatibility fixes.

After this PR merges, the Termux deploy workflow builds opencode-android-arm64 through publish.yml, mirrors the release asset to v1.17.14-termux, and opens a checkpoint PR back to termux-target.
