feat(tui): add debug info dialog with copy to clipboard#35004

Adds an opencode.debug command (/debug, configurable debug_view keybind) that opens a dialog showing version, date, OS, terminal, session id, and model, with enter/click to copy everything for issue reports. Also lets selection releases inside dialog content bubble to the copy-on-select handler so partial text can be copied from any dialog.
