Small desktop app papercuts:

Restores the composer caret position after selecting a model from the model picker.
Tweaks session timeline parent-title breadcrumb spacing.
Increases session tab preview hover delay to 400ms.
Prevents model names from being vertically clipped in Settings.

Ran bun typecheck from packages/app.
