Updated template code to better use the updated Weewx V5.2 code release.

Removed unnecessary html code.

Switch to text.html from text.php which shows the monthly/yearly NOAA text files from the table on the summary page. You will need to upload the new historygenerator.py for the table to use the right links. I have included the text.php file in case folks still want to use .PHP.

Please let me know if you find something wrong.

Tested with WeeWx 5.2.0

I will likely be developing a new WeeWx skin in the future so support for this skin will be minimal in the future.

• Updated checkdiff.js file to properly work with Weewx V5. checkdiff.js checks to see if data has been updated in the last 30 minutes. If it hasn't, then it will display a message saying data is old.

• Fixed a variable misspelling problem in the summary.tmpl in V1.5.3
