v0.5.11 — Keep widget title and body in sync

What changed

Codex Text Control 0.5.11 fixes a reported canvas mismatch where the current widget title could appear above body text from an older conversation or authoritative revision.

• Client-side partial widget payloads no longer advance the title without a complete matching body.
• Server-side custom titles now require the matching sourceText candidate body in the same call.
• The single continuous Markdown canvas and revision workflow remain unchanged.

Limits

This is a public pre-release patch.
