New

  • Report a bug or request a feature without leaving ProDeck. The links are at the bottom of the sidebar, on the Help page and in Settings. It comes straight to me, privately, and you can add a screenshot and diagnostics (passwords and keys are always removed).
  • Crash reports. When something breaks, ProDeck now tells White Oak Media what failed and where, so it gets fixed sooner. They never include names, plans or passwords, and you can turn them off in Settings, Help & support.
  • Yamaha CL, QL and TF consoles. Pick Yamaha in setup and enter the desk's IP address, nothing to set on the desk. ProDeck shows channel names, mutes, faders, DCAs and the current scene. It's view only for now and brand new, so if anything looks off on your desk, please report it.
  • Clearer console setup. Pick your desk first and ProDeck asks only for what that desk needs. Desk not listed? Choose Something else and keep going; everything else works without it.
  • Soundcheck playback. Play a recorded service back out through Dante Virtual Soundcard so the band's tracks feed the console for a virtual soundcheck. On an Avantis, the patch sheet shows exactly which channel listens to which track.
  • Privacy and Licences are now in Settings, About.

Fixed

  • Plans that cover two days, like Wednesday and Sunday in one plan, no longer jump to next week's plan on Sunday morning.
  • Follow ProPresenter picks the right item when the same presentation is in the plan twice, like pre-service slides at the start and the end.
  • Follow ProPresenter no longer takes Planning Center Live control away from someone. If another person has control, it tells you instead.
  • Automix asks you to confirm the first time you arm it.

Install

  1. Download ProDeck.dmg, open it, drag ProDeck to Applications.
  2. First open only (macOS 15 and later): double-click → System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.

Runs on Intel and Apple Silicon (macOS 10.15+, tested on macOS 27). Installed copies update themselves from this release automatically.

Windows

Download ProDeck_0.9.98_x64-setup.exe and run it. It installs for the current user only, so there's no admin prompt. Installed copies update themselves from this release automatically.

First run only: Windows SmartScreen will say Windows protected your PC, because the installer isn't yet signed with a Microsoft-recognised certificate. Click More info → Run anyway. That is the error, not a fault in the download.
