Added

• Expiring notification reservations with capped retry backoff, recovery without
  notice IDs, and bounded diagnostics for repeated host-notification failures.
• Shared persistent inbound mailbox, read-only receive_messages, and explicit
  acknowledge_messages consumption for Claude
  Stop hooks, Claude channels, and Codex queues.
• Explicit conversation_history(consume=true) acknowledgement, scoped to the
  messages returned, with restart-safe deduplication and read-only inspection.

• Host queues carry a coalesced inbox notice instead of each peer message body.
  Stale notices fetch no consumed bodies. Task progress stays quiet; newer progress
  and terminal results supersede old updates without suppressing questions or failures.
• Delivery states distinguish relay acceptance, local storage, host handoff, and
  receiver tool acknowledgement. Sender-side receiver status remains unknown.
• Inbound mailbox state is bounded at 4,096 records / 32 MiB per identity/session.
  Unread messages are preserved; eligible consumed history expires on new arrivals
  after the signature acceptance window. Existing legacy inbox entries still work.

Install with cargo install interlink-mcp --version 0.10.0 --locked, npm, or a release archive. Update the Claude plugin and restart active hosts to load the new MCP tools and instructions. Existing identities, peer policy, and broker data are preserved.
