  • Automatically follow Codex native titles and renames through metadata-only reads, without starting or resuming turns.
  • Synchronize Claude custom titles on startup and prompts. Claude /rename updates after the next prompt; generated titles use the fallback.
  • Provide readable project/node/host/session fallback names, persistent Interlink overrides, and a last-known native-title cache. Empty set_session_title restores automatic naming.
  • Honor explicit Claude session IDs in title hooks, including INTERLINK_SESSION and --session.

Upgrade with cargo install interlink-mcp --version 0.10.2 --locked, or update the Claude plugin/npm installation. Restart the host or MCP connection to load the new binary and hooks. Custom CODEX_HOME must be supplied in the MCP environment too.

Validation: 111 Rust tests, formatting, Clippy, no-C checks, installed Codex/Claude host fixtures, and subagent review with its finding fixed. The separate Codex first-prompt registration timing issue remains.
