Testfold 0.4.0 adds pinned continuous integration, exact npm candidate validation, and trusted publication of an immutable GitHub Release asset through npm OpenID Connect.

This release also makes the supported runtime contract explicit at Node.js 22.18.0 or newer and preserves the CLI executable bit in clean Linux builds.
