Testfold 0.4.1 fixes CLI execution-policy overrides.

  • --no-parallel now runs selected suites sequentially.
  • --parallel explicitly enables parallel suite execution.
  • --fail-fast now reaches the orchestrator and stops after the first failed suite.
  • Config defaults remain unchanged when no CLI override is supplied.

The release candidate passed 339 unit tests, 2 integration tests, lint, TypeScript build, workflow validation, package inspection, and a real multi-suite reproduction in News Podcast.
