- Bump version 0.2.1 -> 0.3.0 (breaking: /register requires worker identity; see CHANGELOG for the migration note). - Require team-harness >= 0.3.0 (process identity + orphan reaper, TH-D5), the dependency that powers worker-liveness verification and orphaned-agent recovery.
