Tataru Helper v1.0.3

Moves the project to its own repository. Nothing about how it works changes.

If you are on 1.0.2 or older, take this update. The address an installed
copy asks for its next version is baked into the build, and older builds ask
xDarkOne/TataruHelper. This release is published in both places so those
copies can find it; after it, updates come from
NightlyRevenger/TataruHelper
and the old repository stops being used. Skip it and your copy will quietly
stop seeing new versions.

Also fixed

• The "Download Setup.exe" button on the front page was a 404. Velopack
  names the installer TataruHelper-stable-Setup.exe, and every link and
  download badge still said Setup.exe.
