0.1.2 (general stutter fix, bosses no longer disappear)
A bug-fix and performance release.
Less stuttering, especially in the Nether. The hidden ULTRAKILL side rebuilt Minecraft's terrain far more often and more
slowly than it needed to, every time new terrain came into range, and soul sand (and mud, snow layers, farmland) made it much
heavier. Building is now much cheaper and the heaviest part runs in the background: flying through the Nether, it went from up to
a third of ULTRAKILL's time to about 3%. Boss fights in rough terrain also lost a hitch of up to 54 ms every 2 seconds.
ULTRAKILL bosses no longer disappear. They fell out of the world wherever Minecraft hadn't sent the blocks under them: when you
went far away, when they were far below you, or when they teleported to you before the ground there loaded. Minos Prime's mid-air
beam and Sisyphus Prime's dive could also send them to the bottom of the world when they hit open sky. Now the blocks around
ULTRAKILL's enemies are sent too, an enemy waits in place until its ground arrives, and bosses follow you through Nether portals.
Also fixed: an error when an ULTRAKILL enemy went into lava.
Download both files, and update both: the two halves of 0.1.2 only work with each other, not with 0.1.1's.
ukpassthrough-0.1.2.jar: the Minecraft half. It goes in Minecraft'smodsfolder.UKPassthrough.dll: the ULTRAKILL half. It goes inBepInEx\plugins.
Updating: delete the old ukpassthrough-0.1.x.jar from the mods folder before adding the new one (with both there,
Minecraft won't start), and replace UKPassthrough.dll.
You need: Windows, Minecraft: Java Edition 26.3 with Fabric Loader 0.19.3+ and Fabric API, and ULTRAKILL (Steam) with BepInEx 5,
on a save that has finished the tutorial and has the Revolver (the first pistol). It's single-player only.
The step-by-step install, the keys and the known issues are in the README.
This is an early release, so expect bugs. Please report them as an issue with both games' logs.
No game files or decompiled code are included. It was written with Claude Code.
