Coconet 0.19.0

Server / Hosted 0.19.0 streamlines the model context used to understand conversations and maintain the Work DAG. Client / Plugins are also available at 0.19.0, with the same behavior as 0.18.6. npm coconet@0.19.0 is published. Upgrade with npm install --global coconet@0.19.0 and start a new Agent session to load the matching Plugin.

• Simplifies seven input paths: Work Extraction, Graph Action, History Extraction, Bootstrap Graph, History Patch, Library Checkpoint and Library Tags.
• Removes unnecessary session metadata from model requests while retaining decision references, inherited-context markers and truncation indicators where needed. Internal identity, version and concurrency checks remain in place.
• Counts compact model input toward evidence budgets, preserves recent requests and cumulative outcomes, and separates historical overviews from fixed Library checkpoint summaries.
• Preserves accounts, projects, Sessions, existing graph nodes and Library entries. No metadata migration, data reset or automatic bulk regeneration is required.

Validation: the full repository checks passed; existing copied-history and bounded real-model checks were reviewed. Linux amd64 and arm64 binaries and archives were each built twice with identical hashes. The exact amd64 release binary passed an isolated two-version upload, extraction and DAG-update smoke test on the Hosted machine. Hosted health, served assets and configuration continuity were checked after deployment.

Model summaries remain interpretations of available conversation evidence, not independent execution verification. Very large graph candidate selection and occasional over-splitting of repair stages remain outside this release.

摘要仍依赖可见对话证据，不能代替执行结果验证；超大图候选筛选和连续返修偶发过度拆分仍是后续改进项。

Client 0.19.0 is a version-alignment release. The existing Server assets, SHA256SUMS, server-release.json and tag are retained. Additional client archives use CLIENT-SHA256SUMS and client-release.json.

Coconet Server 0.18.7

The Dashboard now uses white secondary buttons for device Revoke access and both Copy command actions in Install & connect.

Coconet 0.18.6

Coconet 0.18.6 improves work-node descriptions and commitment tracking.

• Node details now separate progress and conclusions from the key approach, with consistent Chinese and English presentation.
• Both sections participate in DAG updates, Library, Activity, node discovery, and client MCP responses.
• Unaccepted suggestions and explicitly excluded work are less likely to become pending commitments. Incremental descriptions retain cumulative results.
• Existing nodes remain readable. No metadata migration or bulk regeneration is required.

Complex, continuous revisions may still create too many nodes; concise descriptions remain a model guidance target. These limitations are not claimed to be resolved in this release.

Update with npm install --global coconet. macOS binaries are Developer ID signed and notarized. The public repository contains distribution documentation and artifacts only.

Coconet 0.18.5

Coconet 0.18.5 fixes Claude session synchronization after working-directory changes and updates Dashboard action styles. Client, Server, npm and both plugins use 0.18.5.

• Pin the original connected project across child directories, parent directories and resumed worktrees.
• Read structured messages by exact session identity within the captured Agent configuration root; validate the matching transcript and retry unstable or unexpectedly empty reads.
• Preserve valid empty deltas and compaction; keep existing accounts, projects, bindings and native session history.
• Rename the Dashboard entry to “View runtime logs / 查看运行日志”. Use black primary, red destructive and white secondary buttons, with bilingual and mobile support.

Update: npm install --global coconet, then refresh the Dashboard.

Coconet Server 0.18.4 makes Dashboard setup and processing status easier to understand.

• Add a bilingual Install & connect guide in the sidebar and a quiet installation link on the sign-in page.
• Show text-only Online / Connecting / Offline status below the brand; move the actual server version to Settings.
• Separate current processing issues from retained failure history, with expandable technical details and consistent dialog spacing and actions.
• Improve keyboard navigation, narrow layouts and copy feedback; retain event-driven DAG updates without idle graph polling.

This Server-only release preserves existing accounts, projects, Sessions and deployment identity. Client / npm / Plugins remain at 0.18.3. Refresh the website to use the update; no client reinstall is needed.

Coconet 0.18.3

• Preserve Accounts, GitHub/OIDC identity mappings, device credentials and browser sessions during an explicit business reset.
• Add the offline bbolt reset-business operator command: read-only preview by default, mandatory complete backup before applying, atomic business cleanup and delayed object reclamation.
• Validate existing folder connections before discovering and queueing history. Deleted projects show disconnect/reconnect instructions; archived projects stay read-only. Authentication, network and identity failures preserve local bindings and credentials.
• Keep pending uploads tied to their original account and project.

Hosted development business data was cleared with the owner's approval. Accounts and login mappings were retained. Reconnect folders to newly selected projects; native histories are unchanged. Self-hosted upgrades retain all data unless the operator explicitly runs the reset command.

Update with npm install --global coconet@0.18.3, then run coconet version and restart your Agent.

Validation: full project checks, targeted race tests, reproducible multi-platform builds, Apple notarization, isolated macOS/Linux installation and Hosted reset/deployment verification. Product implementation source remains private; public source archives contain release documentation only.

Coconet 0.18.2

Coconet 0.18.2 fixes installation stalls during Agent plugin setup.

• Stop timed-out setup commands and bound waits when child processes keep output pipes open.
• Display progress and save each Agent setup result immediately, so subsequent commands do not silently repeat failed setup.
• Keep status queries and Agent listing independent of plugin configuration; explicit registration configures only the selected Agent.

Upgrade with npm install --global coconet@0.18.2, then run coconet version and restart your Agent. Existing sessions and project connections are retained.

This is a client, npm installer and plugin bundle release. Hosted and Server remain on 0.18.1.

Coconet 0.18.1

Coconet 0.18.1 improves recovery when Session processing or historical imports fail.

• Temporary projection failures retry with backoff, up to five failures per explicit retry round; invalid model results pause after three. Fixed input and authentication problems pause for action.
• Dashboard shows the failed stage, explanation, next action, attempts and next retry time. Suspended server work has a retry button. Past failures remain separate from unresolved issues.
• Historical discovery/capture retries up to three times. On the original device, coconet projection retry --history-batch BATCH_ID creates a linked recovery batch without rewriting the failed record.
• Reimporting already covered snapshots no longer requires consumed extraction tasks or raises a spurious history patch input error.
• Processing changes use existing revision events, without idle polling.

Validation: full repository checks, targeted race tests and browser retry tests passed. Four interactive TCodex/TClaude sessions exercised a dependent design, implementation, CLI and review workflow. The final trial repository has 25 passing tests, including 200-task scenarios; two model turns reached their 180-second limit and their recovery is documented. Late recovery of an interrupted earlier conversation exposed an unsupported DAG dependency on a later repair; that semantic backfill limitation remains open. This is workflow validation, not production capacity measurement.

Client and Server use metadata schema 24. Existing Hosted data is preserved. Upgrade with npm install --global coconet@0.18.1, then restart Agent sessions to load the updated Runtime.

Coconet 0.18.0

Session snapshots and the Work DAG now use one consistent lifecycle. Same-stage updates advance a node’s source; stage changes retain the previous endpoint. Unreferenced snapshots can be reclaimed after a grace period and a second reference check.

• Discover work through DAG nodes and Library metadata, then Pull a selected node’s compact conversation for local reading and search. Fetch original session artifacts explicitly for native Fork.
• Commit conversation snapshots and projection tasks atomically; publish nodes and work state together. Failed graph updates retain retryable candidates without exposing uncommitted work.
• Add shared-block retention, download leases, complete metadata-and-object backup / restore, and migration recovery. Dashboard updates follow committed revision events.
• Upgrade the Server, client and plugins together. Legacy transcript search / recent / generic-read APIs are retired.

The development Hosted deployment has been reset with the owner’s approval. Existing accounts, projects, sessions and graphs are cleared. Sign in again, create a project, and connect your directory after upgrading. Native conversation history on your own devices is unchanged.

Install or upgrade with npm install -g coconet@0.18.0. The package downloads the verified platform bundle from this release.

Validation: complete Go / Node / npm / contract checks, targeted race checks, isolated browser acceptance, and copied-session lifecycle tests. Copied-session tests use fixed inference outputs; they do not establish real-model stage quality or production concurrency capacity.

Coconet 0.17.0

Coconet 0.17.0 reduces upload, storage and idle Dashboard overhead while preserving original Sessions for handoff.

• Search uses visible user and assistant text plus bounded tool names, paths and error clues. Fixed reads and native Session artifacts remain complete.
• Dashboard graph polling is replaced with committed-change events, reconnect recovery and merged refreshes that preserve the current canvas view.
• New uploads negotiate lossless gzip chunks, with 256 KiB raw chunks and a 256 MiB original Session limit. Verified append-only prefixes are reused; pull checks the reconstructed original bytes.
• Local unreferenced upload snapshots and server abandoned upload objects are cleaned up with reference checks, grace periods and retryable deletion. Committed historical versions remain available.
• Idle bbolt graph workers use notifications with a one-minute fallback check.

Upgrade with npm install --global coconet@0.17.0, then run coconet version. Upgrade devices that need to pull or fork new compressed Sessions. Older clients retain previous-format uploads and indexed reading.

Self-hosted operators: upgrade the Server first. Metadata schema 21 → 22 is additive; preserve metadata, deployment identity, configuration and the old binary before switching. A schema rollback requires restoring the matching database snapshot. Existing bbolt and S3-compatible resources can be retained. Orphan cleanup requires DeleteObject permission and does not delete objects referenced by committed versions.

Validation: full Go/Node/contracts/integration checks, targeted race and PostgreSQL tests, Dashboard browser regression, isolated macOS arm64 and Linux amd64 installation and uninstall. Both macOS architectures have Apple notarization Accepted; all six explicit notarization checks and three quarantined macOS arm64 launches passed. These checks do not establish a production concurrency limit. The global metadata representation, linear search and inference throughput remain future scaling work.

Frozen private build source: 46b602d886e697bc2e4e8d0051a2c355fc23ab91. The six archives, checksums and release.json bind the distributed artifacts; this repository contains distribution documentation only.

Published Registry validation: npm latest points to 0.17.0; the downloaded package matches the frozen candidate SHA-256 and Registry integrity metadata. Isolated macOS arm64 and Linux amd64 installs, first and repeat launches, manifest checks, health and uninstall checks passed. Hosted is running Server 0.17.0 with its existing bbolt / S3-compatible backend.
