Coconet 0.18.0

Session snapshots and the Work DAG now use one consistent lifecycle. Same-stage updates advance a node’s source; stage changes retain the previous endpoint. Unreferenced snapshots can be reclaimed after a grace period and a second reference check.

• Discover work through DAG nodes and Library metadata, then Pull a selected node’s compact conversation for local reading and search. Fetch original session artifacts explicitly for native Fork.
• Commit conversation snapshots and projection tasks atomically; publish nodes and work state together. Failed graph updates retain retryable candidates without exposing uncommitted work.
• Add shared-block retention, download leases, complete metadata-and-object backup / restore, and migration recovery. Dashboard updates follow committed revision events.
• Upgrade the Server, client and plugins together. Legacy transcript search / recent / generic-read APIs are retired.

The development Hosted deployment has been reset with the owner’s approval. Existing accounts, projects, sessions and graphs are cleared. Sign in again, create a project, and connect your directory after upgrading. Native conversation history on your own devices is unchanged.

Install or upgrade with npm install -g coconet@0.18.0. The package downloads the verified platform bundle from this release.

Validation: complete Go / Node / npm / contract checks, targeted race checks, isolated browser acceptance, and copied-session lifecycle tests. Copied-session tests use fixed inference outputs; they do not establish real-model stage quality or production concurrency capacity.
