Coding-agent handoff

  • Adds a copy-paste plain-language instruction for delegating catalog discovery, dry-run review, migration, and native resume to a coding agent.
  • Tests the exact instruction in isolated Claude Code and Codex Docker homes with synthetic native sessions.
  • Requires one fixed --session-id across dry-run and apply, explicit warning review, no overwrite, and an unchanged source.
