A shorter, safer coding-agent handoff.

  • Use one sentence: Follow https://session-migrate.github.io/llms.txt to migrate session [UUID OR TITLE] from [SOURCE] to [TARGET] now.
  • The canonical public procedure now requires the released PyPI CLI and fails closed instead of inferring native schemas.
  • Raw catalog output stays private; agents expose only a structural metadata allowlist.
  • The exact prompt passed isolated Claude Code and Codex sandbox migrations with source-hash, manifest, media, and tool-linkage checks.
