ThreadDeck for Codex v0.5.5

  • Graduated the automated GitHub workflow from -beta prereleases to stable version tags and titles. The published release now includes the plugin, its SHA-256, the standalone recommended Neo profile, and that profile's SHA-256.
  • Fixed interaction-contract verification cleanup so completed release checks terminate instead of being kept alive by simulated hold timers.
  • Integrated the maintained three-page Stream Deck Neo layout into the current release pipeline as a standalone threaddeck-for-codex-neo.streamDeckProfile artifact with its own SHA-256 file. Added bilingual visual profile guides, duplicate-import guidance, current plugin-version stamping, and release auditing for every recommended key coordinate.
  • Prepared the Stream Deck package for Marketplace DRM with SDK 3, organization-aligned author metadata, current 256/512 px plugin icons, and an immutable bundle. A content-addressed KeyBridge copy is now verified and executed from local Application Support instead of changing the distributed native helper in place.
  • Reframed the README around ThreadDeck as a physical Codex dashboard for Stream Deck. Neo now appears only where the bundled layout or tested hardware compatibility needs to be explicit.
  • Fixed a race where holding the combined Effort/Fast key while an Effort update was still settling could adopt a successor Effort promise as the Fast result and silently skip the actual toggle. Held Fast intent now drains every active control successor and dispatches exactly once.
  • Added the public project website, threaddeck.dev, to the primary README links and GitHub repository metadata.
  • Added per-device animated-image lanes using Stream Deck's registered device type and key geometry. The physically measured Neo policy retains a 90 fps aggregate ceiling; unmeasured physical, Mobile, Virtual, and future device types start from conservative model/size budgets. Each lane coalesces stale frames, automatically slows when the plugin WebSocket backs up, recovers gradually after three quiet seconds, and cannot throttle another connected deck. Physical Neo stress tests remained connected through a 120 fps diagnostic run, while the production Neo policy keeps practical CPU headroom at 90 fps.
  • Kept the elapsed-time label optically centered when an active goal icon and queue badge share its capsule. Compact labels now derive their baseline from their actual font size instead of inheriting the larger standalone timer baseline; the completion overlay uses the identical corrected position.
