Placeholders
Every {name} the app understands. They work in All-in-one strings, in
the Hardware and MediaPlay custom lines, in plugin templates, and as
Placeholder blocks on the Advanced canvas.
The + button next to any of those fields opens the same list as a menu, so nothing has to be typed from memory.
| Rule | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Case-insensitive |
{GPU_Usage} = {gpu_usage}
|
| Unknown name | Renders as nothing |
| Empty value | Removed together with its separators |
\n |

The separator rule is what makes templates writable:

No VRAM: GPU: 88% | CPU: 41%

{<id>} |
The plugin's own line |
{<id>_<key>} |
One of its named values |
A plugin may also claim a name without the prefix. A built-in value always wins, so a plugin cannot hijack one.
Style markers are resolved after placeholders, so their content can be one:
{sup/"RX 9070 XT"} small and raised, literal text
{sup/{cpu_usage}} small and raised, a value
{sub/"vram"} small and lowered
Characters without a small-letter mapping pass through unchanged, so a line never breaks — it just mixes sizes.
