TokensCounter now explicitly uses the Python 3.14 plugin host. Requires Sublime Text build 4205 or newer and Package Control 4; dependency requests are limited to compatible builds.
Verified as a real .sublime-package in Sublime Text 4214 / Python 3.14.6 with tiktoken 0.14.0: package defaults, both tokenizer encodings, model precedence, inline counter display, and toggling off. Package Control resolves all six declared libraries for Python 3.14. Includes the settings fix from 1.0.2 and adds upgrade notes. Modern releases use plain version tags; py38-1.0.2 is retained for Sublime Text builds 4000–4204 / Python 3.8.
