Cursor models not available via BB

Grok 4.5 is unavailable via Cursor in BB.

It is available via cursor-agent models but fails through BB CLI.

• BB should probably fetch model list dynamically from cursor-agent models

• If not, whatever list it is needs to be updated to add:

• cursor-grok-4.5-high

• cursor-grok-4.5-high-fast
  (and the med/low variants)

It is there for me it is just under more models. We do read from the dynamic list but the ordering that agnet models is pretty arbitrary so we have to manually order them and I haven't updated it recently. Will hop on that! ty for the report
