Troubleshooting

• Make sure the friendly aliases for your regular pages are working properly
• Check the spelling of usernames and that users are active
• Go to System Settings and search for “uu” to check that all of the settings are correct. Try leaving a setting blank if you are not sure the value is correct.
• Required settings: uu.start (set to a page you have called the helper snippet [[!UserUrls]] on.), uu.enabled (default: yes)
• Check that the plugin is not disabled and the event is set to OnPageNotFound
• If you have other friendly URL plugins set to go off on OnPageNotFound, adjust the priorities to allow this one to go off first.
