v0.2.0 让本地学习数据真正可带走、可清除，同时保持 Explain 的隐私与成本边界。

新增

  • 版本化导出：在「设置 → 学习 → 数据管理」下载 dsh-explain-backup-v1.json，包含学习卡片、Topic 状态和公开 ExplainContext。
  • 安全清除：输入 CLEAR 后，Explain 会先取消并隔离进行中的生成，再通过一个 SQLite 事务清除全部学习内容。
  • 额度与设置保护：清除不会重置 provider/model、启用状态、settings revision 或当前滚动 24 小时自主额度计数，不能借此绕过成本上限。
  • 仓库可信度：新增 CI、贡献指南、Issue/PR 模板、安全策略、私密漏洞报告入口和社交预览。

隐私边界

导出不包含完整来源会话、私有 sourceSummary、凭证、工具原始结果或宿主绝对路径。本版本只提供导出，不提供导入或云同步。

v0.2.0 makes local learning data portable and safely erasable without weakening Explain’s privacy or cost controls.

Added

  • Versioned export: download dsh-explain-backup-v1.json from Settings → Learning → Data management. It contains learning cards, Topic state, and the public ExplainContext projection.
  • Safe clear: after exact CLEAR confirmation, Explain cancels and fences in-flight generation before clearing learned content in one SQLite transaction.
  • Settings and budget protection: provider/model, enabled state, settings revision, and current rolling 24-hour autonomous usage survive the clear, so it cannot bypass the cost cap.
  • Repository trust: CI, contribution guidance, issue/PR templates, security policy, private vulnerability reporting, and a social preview are now live.

Privacy boundary

Exports exclude full source sessions, private sourceSummary data, credentials, raw tool results, and absolute host paths. Import and cloud sync are intentionally not included in this release.
