Highlights

• The display module has been extracted into the separate Scanline Virtual Screen (SVS) repository.
• Improved heuristic smooth scrolling;
• Ctrl+C now correctly stops the child process; continuous terminal output no longer blocks the UI queue.
• Fixed virtual-screen sizing outside "Physical Window's pixels" mode.
• Fixed the block cursor obscuring text: text now renders above it, and the cursor uses a contrasting color.
• Updated bundled presets and fonts. A bundled preset replaces its AppData copy only when the bundled file is newer; newer user files are preserved.
